Subcutaneous abscesses caused by Pseudomonas luteola in ferrets

Rtrospective study of two cases of subcutaneous abscesses caused by Pseudomonas luteola in ferrets, conducted by Mireia Máinez (Centro Veterinario La Marina Exóticos); this emergent disease of ferrets, which had its index case diagnosed at Noah's Path in 2008, presents usually with thoracic infections, but in the last years other infections sites (mostly subcutaneous but also intra-abdominal) have been documented.
